Here's your chance to show that you can see the world differently while you travel! Take photos of an everyday object (choose an egg or a pepper) based on three unique assignments (bird's eye view, worm's view and animal view). Choose natural light, the table lamp or even a flashlight, keep it whole, or cover a part of the object - the main lesson is creativity and perspective. Based on one of the many curricula that Do Good As You Go uses in its photography workshops with youth all around the world, this experience lets you demonstrate your photography skills just like our students would during a training workshop. Open to beginners and professionals, young and young at heart. Examples of famous still life works will be on display for inspiration and several digital cameras will be available for participants to use. Winners will be chosen by the end of the day by one of the Do Good As You Go board members based on only one criteria - most creative photo. 1st place winner gets a print from one of our talented youth photographers and top 2 runners-up get a free Do Good As You Go Anthology.
