As part of the New York Travel Festival’s Sunday programming, Rich Garr, a collage artist, will instruct a collage workshop on April 27 from 1 to 4 p.m. Participants will create collages that will frame exploration of culture and places together. They will be given 4 by 4 inch boards, glue, and a variety of colorful materials to choose and use in their small collage.Materials will be associated with New York City and other places, architecture, industry, and people.
