Nick is the North American reporter for travel technology website Tnooz, where he covers marketing, startups, and overall industry trends.

Nick's night job is as a restauranteur and co-owner of Booty's Street Food, a restaurant in the Bywater neighborhood of New Orleans that serves international street food, craft cocktails and Stumptown coffee. BSF was named a Best New Restaurant by New Orleans magazine in 2013, won an Eater Award in 2013, and was named a Top 50 Coolest Small Business by Business Insider. BSF has been featured in Travel + Leisure, NatGeo Traveler, Vogue, Details, Billboard, the New York Times, and the New York Times Magazine.

Nick is also the travel technology columnist for Travel + Escape magazine, and has an upcoming photography feature in Saveur magazine on the street foods of Burning Man.

Prior to all that jazz, Nick was a travel filmmaker for Current TV, Lonely Planet TV, and was the first travel channel invited into the YouTube Partner Channel, where his YouTube channel has over 2.5 million views.
